The staff at Greenwood Abatement Consultants approaches each project with the same emphasis on safety, regulatory compliance and cost effectiveness. We specialize in the complex issues of abatement management within occupied building environments and possess the necessary skills in developing and implementing asbestos, lead, and mold management plans for owners and operators of facilities with continuous or high occupancy patterns.

Staff capabilities provide clients with objective, concise evaluations and cost effective recommendations for corrective direct-dollar savings through risk reduction, improved employee morale, increased production, and lower worker’s compensation premiums. Because of the variety of services offered in-house, GAC is in a unique position to utilize its experience to follow each project from it’s initial inception through to final completion; which in turn creates a substantial cost savings for the client.
